Baby Red
Baby Red is our compact, high-efficiency mobile café, measuring 7 ft × 9 ft and staffed by two baristas. Despite its small footprint, Baby Red delivers a full café experience and is capable of serving up to 80 espresso drinks per hour while offering our complete menu of coffee, iced drinks, and specialty tea lattes. It’s ideal for smaller events, tight spaces, and quick setups without compromising quality or speed.
Kaffeine Kaboose
Kaffeine Kaboose is our flagship large-format coffee bar, built for high-volume service and major events. At 8 ft × 21 ft and staffed by four baristas, it is designed to handle crowds efficiently, producing up to 1,100 drinks over a 12-hour service window. This trailer is perfect for festivals, concerts, and large-scale gatherings where speed, consistency, and capacity matter.
Both trailers are powered by 120V / 30-amp electrical service and are fully compatible with film-industry standard connectors, making them reliable and easy to integrate into professional event and production environments.

From espresso drinks to iced favourites and specialty tea lattes, every menu item is designed to feel familiar yet elevated. A guest favourite is our signature Kreme Brulee, featuring toasted sugar notes paired with our guatemalan dark roast coffee , rich, smooth, and unmistakably MorningStar.
