Aroma: Sweet brown sugar, honey and maple syrup aroma with rose jasmine and dark chocolate notes

Tasting: Exotic well balanced intense flavor with raspberry, strawberry, citrus/lemon and nectarine notes

Coffee was first introduced to Simbu in the early 1950's, it has been the most important crop to the local Simbuans. Each small holder farmer owns aprx. 1 - 2 hectares of coffee 'garden' which they grow small amounts of coffee which they monitor carefully to create top grade coffee. PSC stands for Premium Smallholder Coffee, and this lot was graded as a A, or top lot.
